A down day as a dad.

So as I commented earlier we adopted a dog for A after she got out of the hospital.  Tomorrow will mark her one week mark with us.  Unfortunately it will be the last day with us.  I have found out that apparently G and I are allergic to her.  G had a small rash that broke out on Sunday.  And I have had mysterious itching since Sunday, that has only grown worse.  We tried to trouble shoot every possible thing that could be wrong.  Hard water at the hotel, the smoke from the house, but alast I think it can only be one thing.  So I go from hero to zero in a week.  I am hoping she will understand.  And I am sure she will, but again it might take awhile to get over it.  So I will update after we tell her...
