Isn't It Amazing How We Age

Sorry for the extended absence.  Trying to get life back to a somewhat norm.  I think we now have 95% of the boxes unpacked.  Two truck loads of broke down boxes taken to the recycling center.

So as the title says, I am slowly starting to realize that I am not as young as I used to be.  In the past few months, I have found out I have osteoarthritis.  A nice thing to know at the ripe old age of 31.  A pill the size of a tic tac makes me feel 10 years younger.  I can walk up steps now with out moaning and groaning.  Just finished a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea.

Here I was making fun of my parents just 3 months ago (and for many years past), over pains and medical issues.  And here I am.  Same situation.  Me, a person whom rarely sees a doctor, now I am OLD.  I blame it all on A & G.  A mainly, since she is the oldest. Just joking.

I guess the main thing I am getting at, is when did you realize you were old, i.e., a grown up.  Was it the first the first time you realized you were saying the same exact thing to your children that your parents said to you.  Was it the first time your child seemed embarrassed by you.  Was it the first time you tried getting off the floor and you caught yourself groaning.  I am guilty of all these.  Each one makes me feel older and older.  So I guess soon my words will be wisdom.
